Aight... Heres the thing.. My co-worker showed me abit on where the Filter is and i was like FAWK... in the Middle bak of my engine.. Also, i have no clue what to get in the STORE to do an Oil Change.. alot of people said its better to do it your self cuz you save money... SO i need help...



1st- Things to buy at the Store?? Oil, Filter, Gloves?? etc...

I have a place down the street where I get my O.C. for 17 bucks out the door. 4 qts of oil and a filter will cost you 13-14 bucks. Plus, getting filthy and spilling oil everywhere is unavoidable and really bad on the environment.

MOST IMPORTANT:

If you aren't 100% sure what you are doing, don't do it. You can very easily damage or destroy your engine by:

1. Leaving the old gasket from the oil filter on without realizing it, and the oil will drain out while you're driving down the road.

2. Not putting enough oil in the motor

3. Putting too much oil in the motor.

4. Overtightening the drain bolt and cracking the pan

5. Undertightening, and the bolt vibrates out a day later.....

You can also kill yourself by using the wrong type of lift, like the one in the trunk of your car. A strong gust of wind can literally cause your car to fall and it will kill you.
