How do I change my Oil Filter?

I have a 2006 Malibu LTX. I know it is a canister type. Where is it, I cant seem to find a diagram anywhere on the net. I have no clue what it looks like.How do I change my Oil Filter?Its by the exhaust pipe where the exhaust manifold joins the exhaust pipe underneath.
