My oil pressure drops to 0 after it warms up but comes up when its revved up and down when idled back down?

i have a 2001 dodge ram 1500 4x4 2%26quot; lift with the 360/5.9l gas engine. i went mudding got stuck engine was in the mud some not sure how much maybe up to the oil pan and got it towed home and changed all the fluids and filters because water in it. i saw that i lose oil pressure after it gets warm if i rev it up it stays up if not it drops. so i changed oil and filter again 2nd time same. changed oil and filter again and oil pump and screen cleaned out the sludge in the oil pick up screen and bottom of the oil pan and now I'm here it still does it . i don't notice any noise it doesn't seem to rev up and idle back down like it used to

i took the belt off to hear better and there is a slight knock to it but not a lot . what can i do to get some more life out of it different oil ? a additive? what kind? can i just take the oil pan off an change the bearings wit out tearing the whole motor out?

when i took the oil pan off to change the pump i wiggled the rods they all wiggled about as much as a sheet of plan printer paper

the oil pressure drops all the way right away after it warms up but come back to normal when u rev it up and or keep it revved up or it will drop back down to none an check gauge light will come onMy oil pressure drops to 0 after it warms up but comes up when its revved up and down when idled back down?sounds like bearings, when engine warms the gaps will get bigger and the oil thinner thus pressure drop. yes you could change bearings without total strip down but difficult to measure journal wear if deep grooving evident crank regrind highly recommended. if muddy water has been pumped around motor you could have wear in other areas cam lifters etcMy oil pressure drops to 0 after it warms up but comes up when its revved up and down when idled back down?Engine wear is more often shown when the oil pressure increases after warm up and clearances decrease due to expansion.

Try a different sender, and check you sensor wiring, it may be moister in the wiring harness causing the problem. This is a short kind of like bad plug wires on a humid day, just enough to cause problems. Some oil senders are sealed from the oil, but not to well from water in the engine compartment.

If that does not work check the valve lifters. My oil pressure drops to 0 after it warms up but comes up when its revved up and down when idled back down?could be cam bearings or oil pressure sending unit
