How do i change fuel filter on 1991 buick park avenue?

mechanic is talking bout charging me 40.00 for changing the fuel filter which costs 9.99..... if it's an easy fix like changing oil and replacing oil filter, i'd like to do it my self and save myself 40.00 plus the overdrft fee that i would get from my bank! i have a 1991 buick park avenue. I believe that its on the driver side, but not sure. All you'll need is a 13/16 inch wrench and a 16mm wrench. Once you see it, you'll understand. The other side of the filter should have a black hose with a clear clip holding the gas line onto the filter. All you need to do is push the clear clip together to release it. Also, you may want to remove the gas cap before doing this so that the fuel system won't have pressure on it.
